James Henry Johns Jr.

James Henry Johns, Jr., 84, of Eustis, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023. Born in Tavares, Florida, he graduated from Tavares High School class of 1957 and was a lifelong resident. He retired from Florida Power as a foreman. James was a car enthusiast and was a member of several classic car clubs. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Karen P. Johns, Eustis, FL; 2 sons, Ronnie (Maureen) Johns, Eustis, FL, Tom (Kim) Johns, Nokesville, VA; daughter, Brenda Johns (Bert) Norris, Eustis, FL; sister, Juanita Stone, Tavares, FL; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Tavares Cemetery, Tavares on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 10:00 AM. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM.
