James M. (Jimmy) Davis

James "Jimmy" M. Davis, 48, of Eustis, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2015. Jimmy was a lifelong resident of Eustis. He graduated from Eustis High School in 1986. He worked at Lake News from 1984 - 2002. Jimmy was a member of the First Church of God, Eustis. Jimmy loved football and wrestling video games; Elvis Presley's music and movies; spending time with his niece and nephews; and he was a huge fan of the University of Florida Gators. Jimmy is predeceased by his Father, Hugh Davis. He is survived by his Mother, Jolinda Mosley of Eustis, FL; Brother and Sister-in-law, Darrell S. and Judith Davis of Fort Myers, FL; Sister, Jennifer M Pecot of Orlando, FL; Sister and Brother-in-law, Angela R. and Tim Smith of Leesburg, FL; Niece, Emily Vaughn and Nephews, Tyler Davis, Darrell Davis, Jr., Hunter Davis, Kameron Pecot, Keegan Pecot, Taylor Vaughn, Brandon Smith and Brady Smith. The family requests that everyone wear their University of Florida or casual clothing for services being held at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM.
