James P. Arata, 88, of Grand Island, passed away Monday, October 12, 2015. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he moved to Central Florida in 1995 from Brooklyn, New York. He was a Electrician, installing Residential Intercoms and was Methodist. James served in the US Army during World War II. He is survived by his wife, Susan M. Arata, Grand Island, FL; sons, Ronald Arata, John Arata, Michael McShane; daughters, Janet Brooks, Carol Anderson; 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
