Ione Ann Rooney

Ione Ann Rooney, 82, of Mount Dora, passed away Monday, November 22, 2010. Born in Espanola, Ontario, Canada she has been a winter resident of Mount Dora since 1983 coming from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. She was a Homemaker, member of the Mount Dora Lawn Bowling League, Mount Dora Art League and St. Patrick Catholic Church of Mount Dora. Ione is survived by her, husband, Pat Rooney, Mount Dora, FL; 2 sons, Paul (Audrey) Rooney, Kitchener, Ontario, David (Lynn) Rooney, Stittsville, Ontario; daughter, Patricia (Ross) Webley, Stittsville, Ontario; 9 grandchildren. A memorial service will be at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Mount Dora on Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at 9:00 AM. Interment will be in Canada.
