Indra Samdai Maraj

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Indra Maraj, a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Indra was born on January 28, 1944, and left this world on June 14, 2023, at the age of 79.

Indra will be remembered for her unwavering strength, resilience, and love for her family and friends. As an exemplary human-being, she leaves behind a legacy of compassion and kindness, having touched the lives of many throughout her time with us.

Indra's dedication and determination were evident in all aspects of her life. Her positive outlook and infectious laugh were a source of inspiration and joy to those who knew her, and her memory will undoubtedly live on in their hearts.

In addition to her extended family and countless friends, Indra is survived by her loving daughter , grandchildren, and siblings, each of whom meant the world to her. She was a shining example of selflessness and generosity, always putting the needs of others before her own.

A celebration of Indra's life will be held at Harden Pauli in Eustis on Saturday June 24 1030 am. Where all are welcome to pay their respects and share memories of this remarkable woman. Her family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of love, support, and prayers during this difficult time.

As we mourn the loss of Indra, let us remember her guiding principles of love, compassion, and kindness, and let them continue to inspire us as we carry on her legacy. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on through the lives she touched and the love she gave.
