Howard E. Dugger, 88, of Eustis, passed away Sunday, August 14, 2011. Born in Etowah, Tennessee, he moved to Eustis in 2001 from Bristol, TN. He was a Expediter for Raytheon Manufacturing Co., where he had worked for over 25 years, was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Bay Street Baptist Church, Eustis. Howard served in the Army during World War II. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Frances Dugger, Eustis, FL; son, Jim (Melvie) Dugger, Eustis, FL; brother, Raymond Dugger, Erwin, TN; grandson, Andy Dugger, Eustis, FL. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at 7:00 PM. Interment will follow be Roselawn Memory Gardens, Johnson City, TN. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 6:00 till 7:00 PM.
