Henry Silvia, 70, of The Villages, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2013. Born in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, he lived there until moving to The Villages in 2005. He was an artisian well driller and was a member of the Village View Community Church in Summerfield. Henry is survived by his wife, Anne E.
