Henry K. Martin

Henry K. Martin, 62, of Grand Island, Florida, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Born in Chicago, Illinois, he moved to Grand Island in 2016 from Miami, FL. He's was a 40-year owner/operator beginning his career in furniture and ending in high-end vehicle delivery. Henry was known as Mr. Green Jeans as he loved working in the yard. He also enjoyed building model cars; however, his greatest joy was spending time with his granddaughters. Henry is survived by his wife and love of his life Cynthia "Cindy" Martin of Grand Island, FL; Daughter, Ashley Moore of Grand Island, FL; Sister, Tina Figueroa of Stuart, FL; Granddaughters, Justyce and Melannia Moore, and his son-in-law Anthony Moore of Grand Island, FL; his bar-b-q buddy. A celebration of Henry's life will be held on 10/16/2021 at his home. Memorial donations may be made to St. Judes Children's Hospitals ( www.stjude.org ).
