Helen L. "Peggy" Owens

Helen L. "Peggy" Owens, 92, of Eustis, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2019. Born in Blossburg, Pennsylvania, she moved to Pine Island, FL in 1959 from Watkins Glenn, New York and moved to Eustis in 1994. She worked for many years at Martin Marietta in Orlando. Peggy was a member of the Orange Avenue Church of Christ, Eustis and the VFW Auxiliary #4353, Pine Island, FL. Peggy loved sewing clothes and bowling. She is survived by her 2 sons, William L. Owens, Ocoee, FL, Donald L. Owens, Orlando, FL; daughter-in-law, Irene Owens, Eustis; 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon and son, Robert.
