Hazel E. Vance, 84, of Eustis, passed away Friday, February 3, 2017. Born in Selma, Alabama, she moved to Central Florida in 1979 from Pensacola, Florida. She is a member of First Baptist Church of Umatilla, Florida. Hazel was a Christian Warrior in her strong Faith to help people. She is survived by Son, - Randall E. "Randy" Tompkins of Panama City, FL; Daughters, Tonyia T. Dawson of Tavares, FL and Nan Anita Brock of Denver, CO; 4 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren.
