Hazel Marie Tijerina

Hazel Marie Tijerina, 83, of Sorrento, passed away Thursday, April 19, 2018. Born in Beeson, West Virginia to the late Lonnie and Eva McKinney, she moved to Sorrento in 1969 from Alexandria, Virginia. She was a Machinist and was a member of the First Baptist Church, Sorrento. Hazel is survived by her 3 sons, Allen Wilmer Cooper, Mount Dora, FL, Richard Lee Cooper, Lisbon, FL, Mark Savino Tijerina, Sorrento, FL; daughter, Teresa Marie Wills, Sorrento, FL; sister, Nina Shrewsberry, Princeton, WV; 14 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas; 3 brothers and 5 sisters. Graveside services will be held at Sorrento Cemetery on Friday, April 27, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
