Hays Allen Ginn, 46, of Mount Dora, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023, surrounded by loved ones. Born on March 8, 1976 in Clarksdale, Mississippi, Hays moved to the Central Florida area in his early childhood. He graduated from Lake Mary High School and received his bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida. He was Vice President and partner with Telehealth Options. Hays was very community minded, serving on the boards for both the Boys & Girls Club of Lake County and the Early Learning Coalition. He attended the Church In The Son in Orlando. Hays enjoyed spending time with family and friends; making everyone else’s day brighter with his sense of humor. He enjoyed all things sports (especially fantasy football), music and living life to the fullest. Hays was preceded in death by his father, Hubert Allen Ginn. He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Olivia Ginn; 4 children, Ben, Ella, Max, and Ava; mother, Bobbie Ginn; brother, Don (Brandie) Benton of Hot Springs, Arkansas. He also leaves behind other loving extended family members and close friends. Services will be held at First Baptist Church, Umatilla on Friday, February 3, 2023 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, The Hays Ginn Memorial Scholarship Fund has been setup at United Southern Bank.
