Glenda Jo Virginia Norman

Glenda Jo Virginia (Dixon) Norman, 79, of Sorrento, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021. Born to the late Jeff and Doris Dixon in Blackshear, Georgia, she moved to Sorrento in 2020 from Miami, Florida. She was a Homemaker and was a member of the Word of Life Fellowship Church in North Miami Beach. Glenda is survived by her son, Billy Norman, Sorrento, FL; daughter, Dee Dee (Clark) Conley, Gastonia, NC; sister-in-law, Linda (Bruce) Rebando; brother-in-law, L.J. (Marty) Norman; sister-in-law, Penny Norman; sister-in-law, Marcella Halladay; 3 grandchildren, Ty (Jessica) Fowler, Kaitlin (J.D.) Garcia, Mary Rose Fogle; 4 great-grandchildren, Sienna, Olivia, Grayson, Patrick; many nieces & nephews. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William E. Norman, Sr.; daughter, Sherrie Norman. Services will be held at First Baptist Church, Umatilla on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be at Miami Memorial Park, Miami on Monday at 1:00 PM. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service from 10:00 AM till 11:00 AM.
