Gertrude E. Oelfke

Gertrude E. "Trudy" Oelfke, 95 of Eustis, FL, went to her heavenly home March 17, 2011. Trudy was born to the late Herman and Mary Thalman. She was preceded in death in 1993 by her loving husband George whom she married on May 20, 1934. They lived on their dairy farm in Green Isle, MN until they retired to Florida. Trudy is survived by her children: George and Marlys Oelfke, Mary and Dale Amlund, Elizabeth and Tim Gaudineer, and Sandy Oelfke and Jane Tadsen. She had 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. She will be missed by her extended family and many friends. Services will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, Eustis on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10-11 AM.
