George Ryan Jr.

George Ryan Jr., 51, of Eustis FL, passed away at home. Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, he moved to Eustis in 1996 from Rahway, NJ. He was Head Dispatcher at Dura Stress Concrete of Leesburg, FL. Mr. Ryan was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, the Florida Sheriff's Association, and the NY Jets Fan Club. He was extremely patriotic; he loved all creatures and was a prolific writer, as demonstrated here: "The wind chimes dancing in the breeze, the notes are struck at random command of the wind, sometimes sing a song, so hauntingly familiar, but have never been played before, and will never be played again." He is survived by his wife, Joanne C. Ryan of Eustis, FL; parents, George Sr. and Josephine Ryan of Rahway, NJ; 3 brothers, Michael Ryan of Queens, NY, Jim Ryan of Middletown, NJ, and Gerard Ryan of Tinton Falls, NJ; 6 Nieces and Nephews and many friends. A memorial service will be held in Rahway, NJ with time and location forthcoming. It will be posted on Facebook.
