George W. Holcomb, Sr., 73, of Tavares, FL, passed away Monday, May 16, 2016. Born in Attleboro, Massachusetts, he moved to Tavares in 2015 from Pawtucket, RI. George worked in the shipbuilding industry as a Radiographer for submarine construction. George was a US Navy Veteran. He is survived by Wife, Virginia B. Holcomb of Tavares, FL; Sons, George (Angie) Holcomb, of Tavares, FL and Donald (Monique) Holcomb of, Limerick, ME; Daughters, Donna (Mike) Brown of Rehoboth, MA and Tammy Holcomb of Pawtucket, RI; 4 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren.
