Gene E. Librock, 87 of Eustis Florida passed away Tuesday February 1, 2022. He was born April 22,1934 in Angola New York to the late Erving and Phyllis (Ehmke) Librock. Gene served in the Air Force as a Master Sergeant. He worked for UPS and worked for the city of Batavia Fire Department for 14 years and retired as a lieutenant. After retiring from the fire department, he became a beekeeper after answering a call to the fire department for bees in a tree, that lead to full time bee keeping for 30 years. He was a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Eustis Florida. Surviving is his wife of 66 years Delores (Martin) Librock 3 daughters Lori (Steve) Wyder of Oakfield NY, Missey (Gordy) Ewell of Middlebury NY and Mindy (Carmen) Ferrando of Batavia NY. A brother John (Janet) Librock of Johnsonburg NY. 6 Grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Arrangements have been made by Harden/Pauli Funeral home and cremation company in Eustis, Florida. A Memorial Service in New York will be celebrated at the convenience of the family. The Memorial Service in Florida will be held at the Country Club Manor Clubhouse, Eustis on Sunday, February 20, 2022 from 1:30 - 3:30 PM.
