Garth D. Rogers, 55, of Tavares, passed away Friday, May 17, 2019. Born in Seattle, Washington, he moved to Tavares in late 2016 from Las Cruces, New Mexico. Garth served in the US Army and after the army, was a Assistant Patrol Agent in Charge with the US Border Patrol. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Theresa Rogers, Tavares, FL; son, Joshua Marcy, Fort Collins, CO; 4 daughters, Michelle Rogers, Berlin, Germany, Victoria Rogers, Tavares, FL, Heather Marcy, Tavares, FL, Morgan Holzhausen, Ogden, UT; mother, Lynn Rogers, Grass Valley, CA; 2 brothers, Doug Aichele, Seattle, WA, Julius Rogers, Coquille, OR; 3 grandchildren, Cloey Eiland, Madison Eiland, Charlotte Marcy. A celebration of life gathering will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 2:00 till 4:00 PM.
