Frances Stokes Williams, 97, of Eustis, passed away Monday, July 31, 2017. Born in Lake City, Florida, she moved to Eustis in 2001 from Jacksonville, FL . Frances was an Insurance Agent, a member of the South Jacksonville Presbyterian Church and was predeceased by her husband Bolling (Williams 1980). She is survived by her 2 Daughters, Frances S. Williams of Eustis, FL and Melynda H. Ripley of Greenville, VA along with 3 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be held at Oaklawn Cemetery, Jacksonville, FL on Friday, August 4, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Memorial services will be held at Lake Ridge Village, Eustis on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 10:30 AM.
