Frances L. Green

Frances L. Green, 69, of Grand Island, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016. Born in Dallas, Texas, she lived here from 2000-2006 and moved here permanently in 2013 from Anchorage, Alaska. She owned and operated Mountain Vista Florist in Henderson, NV from 1997-2000 and retired as an engineering receptionist. Frances was an amazing mother who loved to cook and spend time with her family. She was affectionately known as "Granny" to family & non-family members. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Charlie Green, Grand Island, FL; 3 sons, Charlie Green, Grand Island, FL, Chris Green, Walterboro, SC, Tony Green, Seattle, WA; 2 brothers, James Morgan, Jr., Ogden, UT, William Morgan, Anchorage, AK; sister, Victoria Acton, Phoenix, AZ; 5 grandchildren, Holly Green, Jonathan Green, Jeremy Lanier, Andrew Fortner, Sydney Green; great-granddaughter, Emma Lanier.
