Fara Lee Carpenter

Fara Lee Carpenter, 90, of Eustis, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2022. Born in Bushnell, North Carolina, she moved to Eustis in the early 1950's from Franklin, North Carolina. She was a Homemaker and was a member of Bay Street Baptist Church, Eustis. She is survived by her son, Joel Michael (Kaye) Carpenter, Umatilla, FL; 2 daughters, Carolyn (John) Cain, Mount Dora, FL, Lorri (Stephen) Shrewsbury, Nacogdoches, TX; brother, Doyle (Arvella) Chambers, Brevard, NC; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Carpenter was predeceased by her husband of 53 years, R.L. Carpenter, Jr., and her sister, Sonja Ducker. Graveside services for immediate family members will be held at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 10:00 AM.
