She was the Owner and Operator of the Buckeye Restaurant in downtown Eustis. Evelyn is survived by her son, Bobby L. Jones, Eustis, FL; 4 daughters, Lilli Cheryl Wright, White Heath, IL, Theresa Maria Jones, Umatilla, FL, Anita Lynn Allison, Umatilla, FL, Janifer Walton, Hawthorne, FL; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
