Esther Boughton, 90, of Altoona, FL passed away Monday, November 24, 2014. Born in Owego, New York, she moved to Altoona in October of 2014 from Waverly, NY. She was a Homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, crocheting and plastic canvas crafts. She is survived by her Son, Philip Rogers of Altoona, FL. Esther is predeceased
