Emmett V. Treece Jr.

Emmett V. Treece Jr., 79, of Eustis, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2014. Born in Fulton, Arkansas, he moved to Eustis in 2006 from Colorado. He was a Tech Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force and served during Vietnam and Korea. He worked for Hewlett-Packard for 19 years. Emmett was a very active member of the First United Methodist Church of Eustis, he was also involved with Habitat for Humanity, Emmaus Community and With Hearts and Hands Food Distribution. He is survived by Wife, Linda A. Treece of Eustis, FL; Sons, William Treece of Pueblo, CO and David Treece of Loveland, CO; Daughter, Debbie Zeagler of Eustis, FL; Brother Ralph Treece of Loveland, CO; Sister Sylvia Neece of Kansas City, MO; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at First United Methodist Church, Eustis on Friday, April 18, 2014 at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell on Monday April 21, 2014 at 10 AM.
