Eloise Sloane Mullins

Eloise Sloane Mullins, 95, of Orange Park, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2023. Born in Pike County, Kentucky, to the late Noah and Nevajo Sloane, she became a Florida resident in 1992 after moving here from Virgie, Kentucky. She was an Executive Secretary for American Tobacco & Rapistan before her retirement and was a Southern Baptist. Eloise loved the outdoors with flowers and vegetables. She always had an annual strawberry patch while living in Kentucky. She is survived by her son, David B. (Sherilyn) Mullins, Orange Park, FL; granddaughter, Heather S. Mullins, Orlando. She was also preceded death by her husband of 60 years, Bruce who passed away in 2006; siblings, Hobert Sloane, Joan Coffey, Sue Shaw, Butch Sloane, Mimi Tackett. Eloise loved her home and the fellowship with her family. Private graveside services will be held at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis.
