Eloise Cannaday, 89, of Eustis, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021. Born in Fairfield, Florida, she was a native Floridian graduating from Orlando High School class of 1950 before moving to Eustis in 1963. Eloise loved being able to help others, she was a 60-gallon blood donor. She and her late husband loved square dancing, being a part of the Florida Federation of Square Dancers. She was a member of Bay Street Baptist Church, Eustis for over 50 years. She is survived by her son, Lyle M. (Lidia) Cannaday, Ocoee, FL; daughter, Waverly D. (Bradley) Bliss, Eustis, FL; 3 sisters, Marie Allen, Tavares, FL, Winifred Smith, Brooksville, FL, Patricia Cheatham of Tennessee; 2 grandchildren, Sara Senna, Baran Cannaday; 7 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Bay Street Baptist Church, Eustis on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service from 10:00 till 11:00 AM.
