Eleanor Dorothy Wozniak, 93, of Eustis, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015. Born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, she moved to Eustis in 1977 from Hopkinton, Massachusetts. She was a Homemaker and was a member of the and St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church. Eleanor loved sewing, gardening & crocheting. She is survived by her daughter, Martha (Elliot) Cohen, Eustis, FL; 2 grandchildren, Eric (Sue) L. Cohen, Suzanne (Christopher) DeGroat; 2 great-grandchildren, Elizabeth DeGroat, Lillian DeGroat. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church, Eustis on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
