Edward F. Holst Jr.

Edward F. Holst, Jr., 90, of Leesburg, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2014. Born in Jeffersonville, IN, he moved to Leesburg in 1992 from New Albany, IN. He was a Ret. Lt. Colonel serving over 30 years in the US Air Force. He was a member of the Elks Lodge & Moose Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Margie Holst; son, Edward F. "Ed" Holst (Cherie), Atlanta, GA; 3 daughters, Linda Purkis, Eustis, Janet Shatzer (Tom), Mount Dora, Karen Holst, Eustis; 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. A gathering of family & friends will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Saturday, January 25, 2014 from 12-2 PM. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis.
