Born in Pickens County, South Carolina to the late Edward Creighton and Pauline Hamlin, he moved to Eustis in 1979 from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He owned & operated a plastering & stucco company. Ed is survived by his wife of 46 years, Barbara H. Hamlin, Eustis, FL; 2 sons, Landon (Holly) Hamlin, Atlanta, GA, Michael Hamlin, Eustis, FL; daughter, Marcia Shuda, Fort Lauderdale, FL; 2 brothers, Billy Hamlin, Columbia, SC, Mickey Hamlin, Liberty, SC; 3 sisters, Hazel Bryant, Lenoir City, TN, Phyllis Finley, Liberty, SC, Gloria Gaillard, Liberty, SC; 4 grandchildren. He was also preceded in by 3 brothers, Charles, Milton, Ronnie; 3 sisters, Kathleen, Barbara, Jean. Private graveside services will be held at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis.
