Edmond Joseph Delage, 91, of Tavares, passed away Monday, July 27, 2015. Born in Waterbury, Connecticut, he moved to Tavares in 1989 from Waterbury, Connecticut. He was a Blacksmith and was a member of the Scottsh Highlands Mens Club and St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church, Eustis. Edmond served in the US Navy as a Seabee during World War II. He is survived by his 2 sons, Stephen Delage, Newington, CT, David Delage, Satellite Beach, FL; 2 daughters, Barbara Touponse, Hudson, FL, Helen Delgobbo, Watertown, CT; 6 grandchildren, George Touponse, III, Michelle Hull, Nicole & Nicholas Delage, Keith & Brittany Delage; 4 great-grandchildren, Gavin & Bradley Touponse and Dylan & Jack Hull. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church, Eustis on Monday, August 3, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 ot the Shriners Hospital/Burn Institute, 3229 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45229.
