Eddie Ray Braswell, 66, of Eustis, passed away Friday, February 28, 2020. Eddie was born in and was a life long resident of Eustis, Florida graduating with the Class of 1972 from Eustis High School. He was a Handyman and Painter and was Sales Manager at Tool World for 30 years. Eddie loved helping people, especially those in need. He is survived by his Wife of 41 years, Wendy W Braswell; Father, Norman Braswell of Tavares, FL; Mother, Margaret Ann Pitré of Eustis, FL; Son, Jason (Leah) Braswell of Eustis, FL; Daughter, Amy (Andy) Whitaker of Eustis, FL; Brothers, Bobby Braswell of Eustis, FL, Ray Braswell of Tavares, FL and Robert (Myrtice) Sykes of Plant City, FL; Sisters, Deeta (Nick) Smith of Eustis, FL, Lisa Miller of Plant City, FL and Jennifer Neal of Umatilla, FL; 2 Granddaughters, Rory & Ada. Services will be held at the First Baptist Church of Umatilla on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis. The family will receive friends at the Church from 10:00 AM till 11:00 AM prior to service.
