Earl Spears

Earl Spears, 79, of Leesburg, passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2010. Born in Defuniak Springs, Florida, he moved to Leesburg in 1958 from Houston, TX. He was a construction superintendant and was a former member of the Eustis Elks Lodge # 1578. Earl was a member of Bay Street Baptist Church, Eustis, he served in the U.S. Air Force during Korea. He is survived by his wife, Maxine C. Spears, Leesburg, FL; 2 sons, Richard Earl Spears, Clinton, TN, Kenneth Russell Spears, New Smyrna Beach, FL; 2 daughters, Kimberly Renee Ward, Tavares, FL, Terry Spears Moates, Orlando, FL; 2 brothers, Harvey L. Spears, Eustis, FL, William Spears, Grand Island, FL; sister, Betty Allen, Eustis, FL; 5 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Sunday, November 7, 2010 at 2:00 PM.
