Dorothy Ann Thomas Harden Granger, 88, of Eustis, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2022. Born in Apopka, Florida, she was a lifelong resident of the Central Florida area. Dorothy and her late husband, Clarence founded Layton-Harden Funeral Home (now Harden/Pauli Funeral Home) in Eustis in 1958. Dorothy worked for a time helping her husband out with the funeral home but was mostly a wife and mother to her girls. Dorothy was a devoted member of Bay Street Baptist Church, Eustis singing in the choir for over 50 years, taught Sunday school for many years, and went on numerous mission trips. She volunteered many hours at the Trout Lake Nature Center in Eustis. Dorothy is survived by her husband, Robert C. "Bob" Granger, Sr., Grand Island, FL; 2 daughters, Kathy Williams, Sanford, FL, Maria (Kevin) Share, Eustis, FL; brother, Wayne (Nancy) Thomas, Sorrento, FL; sister, Martha Jo "ChiChi" (Mike) Yurke, Cooper City, FL; grandson, Carter Naisbett, Tampa, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Clarence in 2014 and her son-in-law, Bruce Williams in 2021. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis.
