Donna R. Rampe, 88, of Altoona, Florida, passed away Monday, January 30, 2023. Born in Chicago, Illinois, she moved to Altoona in 1991 from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She was a Homemaker and a member of the Faith Lutheran Church of Eustis. Donna is predeceased by her husband, Earl D. Rampe, Jr and daughter, Beverly Rampe. She is survived by her 2 sons, Glenn (Nancy) Rampe of Orono, ME, Earl D. (Nora) Rampe, III of Maryville, TN; daughter, Sue (John) Smargiassi of Leesburg, FL; 3 brothers, Dale (Sue) Rankin of Naperville, IL, Wayne (Cindy) Rankin of Loudon, TN, Ron Rankin of Wheaton, IL; 7 grandchildren, Tonia, Lynn, Shannon, Jeff, Sam, Bekah and Shane.
