Donna L. Burtanger, 56, of Eustis, Florida, formerly of Columbus, Ohio, died July 24, 2015, at Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa, Florida. She was preceded in death by her mother Caroline Kirkham of Columbus, Ohio. Survivors include her loving husband, Gary Simmons, of Eustis, Florida; father, Paul F. Kirkham and wife, Cyndi; brother Charles Kirkham, of Sarasota, FL and niece, Quinn Kirkham of Harrisburg, PA and Magnum, her devoted puppy. Donna graduated from Upper Arlington High School and Ohio State University and was an avid Buckeye fan. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 8, 2015, at Harden-Pauli Funeral Home, 1617 Bay Street, Eustis, Florida 32726 with family and friends gathering at 1 p.m. followed by services at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Moffitt Cancer Center ( www.moffitt.org/give-back/ ) in memory of Donna.
