Donald A. Simmons, 55, of Mount Dora, passed away Monday, March 04, 2019. Born in Milton, Florida, he moved to Mount Dora and was a Life Long Central Florida Resident. Donald was an Electrician for both Residential and Commercial Properties and was also a member of the Mount Dora AMVETS Post 1992. He is survived by his, Mother, Jewel J. Houghton of Mount Dora, FL, Father, Lonnie L. Simmons & Spouse of Palatka, FL, Daughter, Tyffanni Simmons of Antioch, TN, Son, Logan Simmons, Brother, David Simmons & Spouse of Leesburg, FL, Sister, Judy Harp & Spouse of Greenbrier, TN and 2 Grandchildren. A viewing will be held for Donald by his relatives and friends, Saturday, March 9th, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Mount Dora AMVETS Post 1992.
