Donald H. Bell, 72, of Eustis, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015. Born in Washington D.C., he moved to Leesburg in 1989 from Eau Claire, Wis.. He was a civil service payroll technician for the US Government in Washington, DC. He belonged to Our Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church, Eau Claire, Wis and was a member of the BPOE #402 of Eau Claire, Wis. Donald is survived by his brother, Glenn J. Bell, Edgerton, WI.
