Fredrick "DeWayne" Low, 73, of Howey In The Hills, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018. Born in Greensburg, Indiana, he moved to Central Florida in 1980 from Horseheads, NY. He was a Financial Controller working with Custom Home Builders. DeWayne was of Baptist Faith and enjoyed Golfing and Traveling. He is survived by his ,Wife, Phyllis D. Low of Howey In The Hills, FL; Mother, Janice Low of Mount Dora, FL; Sons, Dan Low of Tupelo, MS, David Low of Tupelo, MS, Gary Derr of Deland, FL and Jeff Derr of Odenton, MD; and Daughter, Shandra Hust of Petal, MS; Grandchildren, Tyler Low, Justin Low, Channing Hust, Ashlynn Herrin, Catlyn Derr, Emily Derr, Ashley Derr, Anisa Derr, and Bo Hust; and Great-Grandchildren, Katelyn Low and Ella Grace Hust. Memorial services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 1:00 PM. Memorial donations may be made at fragilex.org.
