David E. Clemence, 68, of Leesburg, passed away Monday, April 4, 2011. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he moved to Leesburg in 1964 from Akron, Ohio. He was a Minister, was a member of United Assembly of Jesus Christ, Leesburg, the Sons of the American Revolution, AARP, Kinseekers, Christian Coalition, the National Republican Party and was a volunteer for the Salvation Army. David is survived by his wife, Julie E. Clemence, Leesburg, FL; 5 sons, David C. Clemence, Orlando, FL, Donald L. Clemence, Tampa, FL, Richard E. Clemence, Inverness, FL, Merton T. Clemence, Tavares, FL, Doyle W. Clemence, Leesburg, FL; daughter, Tonya M. Bowman, Raysal, WV; brother, Glenn M. Clemence, Imlay City, MI; 3 sisters, Sharon Thomas, Akron, OH, Gail Burke, Grand Rapids, MI, Brenda Carlson, Pensacola, FL; 4 grandchildren, Angelica Clemence, Richard, Victoria and Preston Bowman. A memorial service will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
