Darrell Lee Hullinger

Darrell Lee Hullinger, 63, of Tavares, passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2014. Born in Crawfordsville, Indiana, he moved to Tavares in 2003 from Georgia. He was an Umpire for Softball and was a member of the FPOA, the Lake County Volley Ball Officials Association, and a member of the Apopka Calvary Church of the Nazarene. He enjoyed baseball, golf, UGA football and spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. He is survived by his Parents- Roy and Carolyn Hullinger of Astatula, FL; Daughter - Kristin Peavyhouse of Sharpsburg, GA; Sons - Drew Hullinger of Dacula, GA and Travis Hullinger of Parrish, FL; Brothers - Keith Hullinger of Canton, OH and Mick Hullinger of Apopka, FL; Sister - Rhonda Huber of Beebe, AR; and Grandchildren - Zach, Parker, Kayla, Grace and Kendall. Services will be held at the Calvary Church of the Nazarene, Apopka on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 3:00 PM. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM till 3:00 PM prior to the service.
