Daniel J. Johnson, 46, of Mount Dora, passed away Thursday, December 9, 2010. Born in Hartford, Connecticut, he moved to Mount Dora in 1978 from Orlando, Florida. He was a Mechanic and was a member of the St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church, Eustis. Daniel served in the US Navy. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy R. Johnson, Mount Dora, FL; brother, William F. Johnson, Longwood, FL; 3 sisters, Linda Strang, Grand Island, FL, Kathleen Cole, Tavares, FL, Bonnie Goats, Texas. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church, Eustis on Thursday, December 16, 2010 at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at Poonceannah Cemetery, Paisley.
