Cynthia ‘Cindi’ Lynn Pando, age 62, of Grand Island, Florida, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Cindi made Central Florida her home in 1993, moving from Clarksville, Tennessee. She was proud to be the Owner and Operator of The Oyster Troff in Eustis, where she created lasting memories and connections within the community.
Cindi is lovingly remembered by her husband of 36 years, Chester ‘Chet’ Pando, and her three children, Christopher James Clark, Brian Scott Clark and Stephanie Nicole Nelson of Eustis, FL. She is also survived by her favorite son in law, Ryan Nelson; father, James Burlingame of Kevil, KY; her siblings, James Burlingame, Jr. of Kevil, KY, and Tracy "Mabel" Crawford of Grand Island, FL; and a cherished family of ten grandchildren, Everly Clark, Brynlee Clark, Addison Clark, Lacy Clark, Sawyer Clark, Lane Clark, Gannon Clark, Charlotte Clark, Everett Nelson and RJ Nelson. Cindi was predeceased by her loving mother, Sharon Burlingame.
To honor Cindi’s vibrant life and her passion for cruising, a Celebration of Life will be held at The Troff (formally known as The Oyster Troff), located at 936 North Bay Street, Eustis, Florida, on Sunday, February 16, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The event will feature a tropical/beach theme, and while cruise attire is encouraged, it is not a requirement.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House Charities, One Kroc Drive, Oak Brook, IL 60523, or to Shriners Children’s Hospital, 12502 Pine Drive, North Tampa, FL 33612.
