Craig Kent Shirk, 65, of Tavares, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017. Born in Salina, Kansas, to the late Walter & Marjorie Shirk, he moved to Tavares in 2014 from Evergreen, Colorado. He was a Regional Sales Manager in the textile industry. Craig is survived by his daughter, Kristin Spratt, Dallas, TX; brother, Robert Shirk, Austin, TX; and grandson, Liam Spratt.
