Cody David Newton

Cody David Newton, 31, of Umatilla, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2023. Born in Eustis, Florida, he graduated from Umatilla High School Class of 2009. He worked in several jobs but most recently as a beekeeper. Cody loved the outdoors and enjoyed spending his spare time in the woods hunting or on the lake fishing. He is survived by his parents, David and Carol Newton of Umatilla, FL; son, Braeden Newton of St. Cloud, FL; daughter, Kyla-Marie Newton of Eustis, FL; brother, Jason (Jaime) Adkins and their children, Connor & Camryn Adkins all of Umatilla, FL; sister, Misty (Stephen) Glass and their children, Gracie & Bryce Smith all of Umatilla, FL. Graveside services will be held at Glendale Cemetery, Umatilla on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 3:00 PM.
