Clyde Clifford Smejek

Clyde Clifford Smejek, 68, of Tavares, went to be with his Lord on Friday, May 3, 2013. Native of Chicago, Illinois, Clyde was Vietnam Veteran in the US Navy. While stationed at Sanford NAS he met Patricia, the love of his life and were married for 44 years. After the birth of their son Anthony they moved to Tavares, FL where Clyde retired as a Sergeant with the Florida Highway Patrol. Clyde enjoyed tinkering and restoring his antique radios. A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Military Interment services will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell on Monday, May 13, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Memorial donations may be made to www.AMVETS.org .
