Charles Raymond Stewart, 77, of Mount Dora, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016. Born in Montclair, New Jersey, Charlie moved to Mount Dora in the late 1970's. Charlie designed, developed Haines Creek RV Village in Leesburg, Lakeside RV Park in Umatilla, Stillwater Park in Umatilla and Wood-N-Water Trails RV Park in Mount Dora. Charlie was involved with Trinity Evangelical Free Church in Eustis for many years. Charlie was President and a co-founder of Mission House, Inc., which works to spread the Gospel to the MAM people in Guatemala. Charlie served in the United States Air Force and was a graduate of Columbia Bible College. Charlie is survived by his wife of 55 years, Eleanor Stewart, Mount Dora, FL; 2 daughters, Bonnie (Tim) McCain, Orange, TX, Billie (Dave) Holmes, Orlando, FL; 1 brother, Bob Stewart, Millsboro, Delaware and 6 grandchildren; Amanda and Caleb (Children of Billie & Dave), Matthew and Logan (Children of Bobbi & Syd), Casey and James (Children of Bonnie & Tim). Charlie is predeceased by his daughter, Bobbi Radam and his parents, Isabelle and Edward Burr. Services will be held at Trinity Evangelical Free Church, Eustis on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 10:30 AM.
