Charles Mackenzie Rioch, 86, of Eustis, Florida, passed away Friday, February 14, 2025. Born in Middletown, New York, he moved to Eustis in 1995 from Victor, New York. He was a Mechanical Engineer working at the Rochester Gas and Electric R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant as a reactor operator and shutdown planner prior to his retirement. Some of his passions included gardening, hunting and fishing in upstate NY. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed his summers on Wellesley Island, NY (St. Lawrence River) with family. Charles was a member of Bay Street Baptist Church of Eustis, Florida and was very involved with the church choir. Charles served in the Army National Guard. He is survived by his Wife, Ann Margaret Rioch of Eustis, FL; Sons, Jonathan Kirk (Suzanne) Rioch of Buffalo, NY, and Hugh Mackenzie Rioch of Bellview, FL; Daughter, Ellen M. (John) Guardino, Weirsdale, FL; Sister, Isabelle Howarth, PA; Grandchildren, Hope, Josh, Heather, Adam, Chip, Samantha, Ben, David, Sara, and 8 Great Grandchildren.
