Charles G. "Chuck" Matthews

Charles G. "Chuck" Matthews, 82, of Eustis, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2014. Chuck was born and raised in Edison, New Jersey, until moving to Eustis in 1950. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict and was a Mason prior to his retirement. Chuck was a member of Life Community Church of Eustis. He was a devoted fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He is survived by his Wife, Eloise Matthews; Son, William D.(Carolyn) Matthews of Eustis, FL; Daughter, Sherilyn A. (David) Mullins of Orange Park, FL; Brothers - Harry Matthews of Eustis, FL and Jimmy Matthews of Ruskin, FL; Grandson, Kurt (Renee) Matthews, Granddaughters, Sara (Max) Lord and Heather Mullins; and Great-Grandson, Bryson Matthews. Services will be held at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Monday, October 27, 2014 at 4:00 PM. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM prior to service.
