Charles Valentine Hartman, Sr., 75, of Eustis, passed away Friday, May 13, 2016. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he moved to Eustis in 1980 from Baltimore. He worked as a hotel maintenance man and loved computers and photography. Charles served his country in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his 2 sons, Charles V. Hartman, Jr., Eustis, FL, Daniel Hartman, Eustis, FL; daughter, Carolyn Lake, Eustis, FL; brother, Donald Hartman, Baltimore, MD; 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
