Charles J. Harris

Charles J. Harris, 78, of Leesburg, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2014. Born in Romeo, Michigan, he moved to Leesburg in 1998 from Dolton, Illinois. He was a Retired Master Sergeant in the US Army serving during Vietnam. He was a member of the Golden Knights U.S. Army Parachute Team D-621 stationed at Ft. Bragg, NC. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Roberta Harris, Leesburg, FL; 2 sons, John Harris, Debary, FL, Steven Harris, Deltona, FL; brother, John C. Harris, Lowell, IN; sister, Judith Bergstrom, Pontiac, MI; granddaughter, Stefanie Michelle Harris. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 12:00 Noon. Interment will be at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 10:00 AM till 12:00 Noon. Memorial donations may be made to the Golden Knights Alumni Association, P.O.
